How\u00a0is Samuel\u00a0faring?<\/h1>\n

Pretty good, if he says so himself!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

(Oh no!\u00a0 She isn’t satisfied with only one quick pic!)<\/em><\/p>\n

Samuel’s\u00a0leg seems to be healing well.\u00a0 We fought to keep his incisions clean,\u00a0closed and infection free.<\/p>\n

With only a couple weeks left\u00a0until his post-surgical follow up visit, we think he’s doing great!<\/p>\n

(You’re too funny,\u00a0Mom!)\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

<\/em>He is still restricted in a few areas likfe weight bearing and bathing, but in true Samuel style he is managing to work around those.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

(Maybe if I hide my grin she’ll put away the camera…)<\/em><\/p>\n

And he keeps us in stitches throughout the day in spite of it all.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

(I can’t control it.\u00a0 The giggles are winning!)<\/em><\/p>\n

His\u00a0favourite new\u00a0thing is to ride around on his padded tummy scooter\u00a0at breakneck speeds throughout the house.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

(GAHHHHHHH!\u00a0 Mom!)\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

<\/em>And now we are much less worried about him putting weight on his leg.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

(That does it!\u00a0 I give up.\u00a0 I’m going to dive for cover and hope she can’t find me.\u00a0 giggle…giggle…giggle\u00a0 Oh drat!\u00a0 She heard me!)<\/em><\/p>\n

<\/em>Now we just need to keep his bicycle helmet firmly strapped on to protect his little noggin’!<\/p>\n
