Our facilitator e-mailed me tonight to let me know that our LOA was mailed on New Years Eve.\u00a0<\/p>\n

It’s official (or at least it will be when that beautiful red embossed piece of paper finally lands in our provincial agency’s office for us to sign and return back to China!).<\/p>\n

China has decreed that Samuel Ruicheng Joseph Peters is to be our son!<\/p>\n
