We are a family who likes to learn together at home.<\/h3>\n

(This page is a tough one for me to write.)<\/em><\/p>\n

We are a family of seven<\/strong> (about to be eight!).<\/p>\n

(Eight doesn’t seem so big anymore.)<\/em><\/p>\n

We love our two cats<\/strong>, Matey and Sparkle, \u00a0a hamster, Lucky, and a gerbil, Dale.<\/p>\n

(Not to mention the nails and slugs that Samuel likes to bring home as pets.)<\/em><\/p>\n

We home educate<\/strong> our kids (have all along – our oldest is 17).<\/p>\n

(But, this blog is about more than Home Education.)<\/em><\/p>\n

We have family members who have joined us through marriage<\/strong>, birth<\/strong> and adoption<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

(It’s also about more than how we all came to be here.)<\/em><\/p>\n

We love to travel<\/strong> and see new places (that does not<\/em> include the public washrooms some of the younger members like to tour).<\/p>\n

(All you Mamas out there in blogland – Can I get a witness?)<\/em><\/p>\n

We are self-employed<\/strong> and one of our team members\u00a0travels weekly.<\/p>\n

(This isn’t the travel I was referring to earlier.)<\/em><\/p>\n

We love our Jesus<\/strong> whole heartedly and are doing our best to match him more and more each day.<\/p>\n

(Hopefully you will be able to see that, but it’s hard to write and be real.\u00a0 I’ll do my best.)<\/em><\/p>\n
